Yesterday was the "Lange Nacht der Museen" (= Long Night of Museums) in Stuttgart, during which all museums and many galleries open their doors to the public for a single entrance fee (i.e. pay once, get into all of them). The photo school (Freie Fotoschule Stuttgart) that I attend at the moment, was one of the participants and we got to exhibit some of our works on the walls and some in portfolios. The whole affair was a huge success and the room was full for nearly all the night (7pm-2am). At least 2 of my fellow students seem to have attracted enough attention that our teacher was asked for contact information - and who knows maybe some

Hello all, I've long wanted to write a new and positive Journal for the start of the year, but always I've come up empty with something to write... Now I must break with the plan of a positive journal and go to "angry mode". I've come across an article from the British National Union of Journalists (NUJ), that makes me foam at my mouth with anger. And already before that law came into effect there have been cases where photographers were stopped
